Confirmed Retailers: (No confirmed retailers to date).
Status: PUD approved with 5-0-0 from Zoning Commission, Historic Preservation Review Board declined petition for historic status of Colonel Brooks Tavern, Public Space Plan presented. Demolition work will resume week of 3/4/13, despite handful of neighbors appealing Historic Preservation Review Board decision (oral arguments on court case to begin 4/11/13 –link).
